Runs 100% in your browser — files never uploaded

Turn any messy crypto export into a tax-ready CSV.

Unsupported exchange? DeFi spaghetti? A dead exchange with a broken CSV? CoinReconcile normalizes any transaction file into a Koinly / CoinTracking-ready import — with a reconciliation log you can defend in an audit.

No sign-up to try. No tax advice. Just clean, importable data.

Outputs importable into
KoinlyCoinTrackingZenLedgerGeneric CSV

Tax software breaks on the data that matters most.

Koinly and CoinTracking are great — until you feed them an exchange they don't support, a DeFi mess, or a CSV from an exchange that no longer exists. Then you're rebuilding history by hand.

Unsupported & dead exchanges

No official connector means manual CSV surgery, column by column.

Transfers flagged as sales

A wallet-to-wallet move gets counted as a taxable disposal — inflating your gains.

Missing cost basis

Gross-proceeds reporting assumes $0 basis when history is missing. You overpay.

DeFi, bridges, wrapped tokens

Fragmented, miscategorized entries that generic importers silently mangle.

Clean data in. Importable file + audit log out.

One deterministic engine that turns any source into a canonical, defensible ledger.

Transfer vs. disposal detection

We match wallet-to-wallet movements across your sources, so your own transfers stop being taxed as sales.

Privacy by default

Processing runs entirely in your browser. Files are never uploaded to any server.

Deterministic

Same input, same output — every time. Rules you can inspect, not a black box.

Import-ready columns

Output matches Koinly / CoinTracking specs exactly.

Questions

Is this tax advice?

No. CoinReconcile is a data tool. We clean, normalize, and reconcile your transaction history into an importable format. Filing and tax decisions stay with you and your accountant.

Which exchanges do you support?

The whole point is the ones others don't. Because we map any file to a canonical schema instead of relying on official connectors, we handle unsupported exchanges, dead exchanges, and custom exports — plus built-in support for Coinbase, Kraken, CoinTracking and Koinly formats.

How is this different from Koinly or CoinTracking?

We're not a competitor — we feed them. When their importer chokes on your data, we produce a clean file that imports cleanly. Think of us as the step before your tax software.

What about my privacy?

Your files are processed entirely in your browser and are never uploaded. If you sign in, the reconciliation results you save to your history are stored encrypted at rest, and you can delete them anytime.

Do you support DeFi and self-custody wallets?

Yes — that's exactly where generic importers fail. We detect transfers, wrapped tokens, and bridge movements so they aren't miscounted as taxable events.
